All sales are final except where allowed for in the New Zealand Consumer Gaurantees Act (CGA), if goods are not as described or faulty. geocoins.nz will happily fulfill our responsibilities under the CGA and replace faulty items.
The CGA does not cover "change of mind", however if you contact us we will do our best to work with you to find the best solution. In such cases, any return shipping will be at your expense.
Ownership of all items remains with geocoins.nz until full payment is received.
Please note that while we make every effort to include high quality and accurate images of items on the website, due to lighting and differences between different computer monitors and mobile device screens, colours may appear slightly different when you receive items.

geocoins.nz ships via NZ Post internationally and NZ Post or Post Haste within New Zealand. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are quoted upon checkout based on your address and order. We always recommend fully tracked shipping, where available, so that you can track your shipment to your door. Shipping times provided are estimates only.
Goods will generally be shipped within 2 working days of the order, unless otherwise stated on the website. During weekends, around public holidays, or during other peak periods, there may be delays. In the unlikely event that extraordinary circumstances cause significant delays, we will be in touch to offer alternative arrangements or a refund - we aim to please!
As geocoins.nz is a New Zealand owned and operated business, all prices quoted on this store are in New Zealand Dollar (NZD) currency and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 15% (where applicable).

All major credit cards are accepted. If paying by credit card, a surcharge of 2% will be added to partially cover the cost of this transaction, and if your card's currency is not in NZD, your card provider may charge additional conversion fees. Paypal payments incur a 50c plus 4% surcharge - this fee is necessary to cover the costs imposed on us for these transactions. Transactions will appear on your statement as charged from "geocoins.nz".
geocoins.nz also accepts payment by direct debit/internet banking. Payments made using this method require an extra 1 to 2 days for verification of payment prior to the order shipping. Wherever possible, orders will be shipped at the earliest opportunity after payment is verified (how long this takes differs from bank to bank).
